Adding a blower to a h/c/i sd car

... car. I don't want to convert to mass air because when I planned out the combo for this car (h/c/i) it was to see how much power I could make and keep it sd. I know you can add a blower to a stock sd car, but do things change if the car has already been modded like mine? How do you know what fmu, ...

nope, to much dura@.050 on both sides. to keep headaches & tuning issues to a min, use the crower 15510 with 1.7 or 1.72 RR's. the diff in power between it and the larger cams is very minimal. not worth it IMHO

... I have to. I'm trying to use the stock SD EEC to see if it will work. I have gotten it to run, but with the TPS hooked up, it doesn't want to keep running and when it does, it's very rough and backfires. If I disconnect it, it starts and revs up , but runs rich. I built a megasquirt for ...

Re: whats the biggest cam i can run with stock ho short block?

... you don't have a dedicated light weight spring, take a trip to your local hardware store. Remember the spring only has to have enough pressure to keep the valves fully closed and return an open valve back to it's closed postition. Now you want to adjust the rockers to zero lash. What is important ...

... to thin and leaves little room for future clean ups. I don't know what comp ratio your after but if you can opt for a zero deck do so, you want to keep your quench no higher than .040 to minimize low rpm ping. if ya need anything else, just hollar. Scott
